As Director of
Enterprise Sales, Carlynn leads worldwide
Enterprise Sales for Unify2 Services
and Products.
Prior to joining
Unify2, Carlynn had an 18 year career
in Microsoft Sales. As a Microsoft Account
Executive in the New York/New Jersey district, she
was responsible for a majority of the world’s
global pharmaceutical corporations, closing
Enterprise Agreements for some of Microsoft’s
largest customers, and securing competitive wins
over major competitors such as IBM/Lotus, Oracle,
and Sun. In this role, Carlynn managed C-level
customer relationships and virtual teams of
Microsoft resources including Technical
Specialists, Microsoft Consulting Services,
Premier Support, and Business Groups, and helped
build out the Microsoft services business in her
assigned accounts.
As Business
Development Manager for the NY/NJ district,
Carlynn developed a Customer and Partner
Experience (CPE) strategy for the district,
developed a plan to increase the district’s
focus on Microsoft’s Line of Business software
– Microsoft Dynamics – and implemented a
district plan to target the Manufacturing vertical
for mid-market.
Carlynn was
subsequently a Business Manager for the U.S.
Partner Enablement and U.S. ISV teams, and later
progressed to Business Manager for the U.S.
SMS&P Sales and Operations Strategy Team.
Carlynn has
received numerous awards at Microsoft, including
the District Award, Outstanding Contributor Award,
Gold Star Award, and the GM Award.
