IMConsole 2005TM

IMConsole 2005TM R2
provides a comprehensive and an integrated, enterprise
grade solution for management and statistical reporting.
It comprises of two main components: an IM
Dashboard and a Presence Dashboard.
IM DashboardTM provides
many rich capabilities such as 'monitoring', 'reviewing',
'flagging', 'reporting', 'auditing' and other administration
features for managing enterprise wide LCS 2005 IM
activity.
Presence DashboardTM adds a
new dimension in reporting capability of IMConsole
2005 R3 by providing real-time updates of 'Presence
Information' through its 'Presence Dashboard', an
entirely new feature. Important reports & statistics
about 'Presence' information about different IM
users in the organization at any given instance
can also be viewed from the Presence Dashboard.
Another significant new
feature is of, 'Enhanced Circular
logging', that enables the organizations
to monitor the IM Usage activity within the organization
and generate IM and Presence Statistical reports
while avoiding maintaining the message archives
for various practical and technical reasons.
Integrated Multilevel Security Features:
IMConsole 2005 R3 also allows the enterprise to
designate separate individuals as administrators,
reviewers, report viewers, and auditors and provide
for integrated NTFS security for accessing different
features of the application.
'Access Control' feature restricts
the set of messages that an individual reviewer
can have access to, thereby securing the sensitive
information stored in IM Archives.
Scalability: Based on operational
experience acquired through customer feedback, IMConsole
2005 R3 has been tuned with full-text indices to
ensure scalability to very large database sizes
(millions of IM records).
Realtime DashboardTM:
IMConsole 2005 R3 acts as a Realtime Dashboard for
comprehensive monitoring, compliance and administration
for Microsoft Live Communications Server 2005 Instant
Messaging.
